The company exports coffee from its Shantawene farm as well as from smallholder out growers in the villages of Shantawene, Karamo, and Bombe.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Shantawene lot is named after the village where most of the farm’s workers live, many of whom are women.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach year, Daye Bensa hosts an Out Growers Day, bringing together nearly 1,000 farmers to celebrate their harvests and receive second payments for their coffee cherry contributions.
